Ingredients
• 300g Pineapple skin
• 100g Brown sugar
• 1000g Water
• 1 Glass jar
• 4 Non-woven fabric cloths
• Rubber bands
Steps
1.Put the brown sugar and water into the glass jar, mix briefly and then add the pineapple skin. Ensure that the pineapple skin is covered by the water.
2.Leave some space in the container to prevent the enzyme solution from overflowing during the fermentation process. Cover the mouth of the jar with the 4 layers of non-woven cloth and tie tightly with the rubber bands.
3.The fermentation process produces gas. From the fifth day onwards, shake the container for 1 minute everyday to allow the fermentation process to continue and completely eliminate the anaerobic bacteria.
4.The enzyme solution will be golden-brown in color when it is ready for use. The fermentation process takes approximately three months to complete.
Note
• The eco-friendly enzyme solution should be stored in a well-ventilated location. Do not expose the solution to direct sunlight for extended periods of time.
• Fresh pineapple skin can be added 10-15 days before the fermentation process is complete to increase the fragrance of the enzyme solution.
• White particles floating on the surface is a normal occurrence.
