FAQ
Q1:How do I make an appointment for home cleaning/home organization services?
A1:We
have developed a comprehensive servicing procedure to ensure that
we provide top quality services. Please contact us by telephone
(02-2833-6672) or via e-mail (service@jchomecleaning.com) and we
will make arrangements for you as soon as possible.
Q2:Do I need to prepare the cleaning equipment and products?
A2:No.
We will conduct a detailed home assessment to inspect
your home environment including
construction materials. At the time of cleaning, our crew
will prepare the necessary professional cleaning equipment and
products. You will not have to prepare anything.
Q3:Do you use good quality cleaning products?
A3:Maintaining a home environment is our main focus. All of our cleaning equipment and products have been carefully selected for quality assurance.
Cleaning Equipment: We choose the most professional and suitable equipment to match your home's construction material in order to prevent surface damage.
Cleaning
Detergents: We
use 100% biodegradable, natural cleaning products to effectively
eliminate allergens.
Q4:I am not satisfied with the service quality, how do I make a complaint?
A4:It is our responsibility to provide customers with quality service. We provide a personalized customer satisfaction survey after each cleaning. Please let us know where you would like us to improve and we will make the necessary adjustments immediately.
Q5:What is the difference between "basic home organization" and the "organization and storage project" in your home cleaning services?
A5:Basic home organization includes organizing and putting things away for the purposes of “tidying up” your home environment. During an organization and storage project, Yang Xian-Ying, our organization expert, will provide a comprehensive plan and list of potential adjustments fit specifically to your home's traffic flow and available storage space. If necessary, additional storage units will be purchased for your home to enhance and maximize the utilization of available space in your home.
